# Tachyonik

> Tachyonik GmbH builds an autonomous, action-centric Cyber-Security-Management (CSM) platform that consolidates an organisation's existing security tools into one effective, fast, and simple solution — with full sovereignty over the AI models used.

Tachyonik is an early-stage start-up founded in May 2026 in Osnabrück, Germany, by Jan-Oliver Wagner (co-founder of Greenbone and long-time architect of the OpenVAS framework). The product is currently an early-phase Proof of Concept (PoC) being rolled out through 2026.

Core idea: instead of the human working on too many details inside the system, Tachyonik places the human *above* the system. The platform is action-centric (it talks about next actions, not raw data), autonomous when you want it to be, and preserves full transparency and control — including over which AI models are used. Tagline: "Cybersecurity. Automated. Simplified."

## Product & architecture

- **Tachyonik Platform** = three building blocks: **Application** (business logic + database), **Internal AI** (proven open-source models; customer data never leaves the platform), and **AI Feed** (continuous updates: improved prompts, tested tool integrations, current rulesets).
- **External AI** (optional, per user): connect any third-party AI and use it instead of the Internal AI.
- **Tachyonik Proxy**: installed on-site; discovers existing security tools and integrates them into workflows. Requires no special privileges.

## Deployment models

- **SaaS (browser/API)** — no Tachyonik component in the customer's infrastructure
- **SaaS + Proxy** — on-site discovery and control of existing tools
- **SOC** — operated within a Security Operations Center
- **On-premise Appliance** — everything inside the customer's own infrastructure

## How it works

1. **Connect** — install the Tachyonik Proxy; it learns your setup autonomously
2. **Analyze** — discovers tools, finds blind spots, gives actionable recommendations
3. **Act** — the action guide proposes next steps and can run them automated
